Letter to HHS – ACU submitted comments to HHS on the draft Strategic Framework on Multiple Chronic Conditions (MCC). In the letter, ACU praised HHS for its work in addressing MCCs which are especially important among underserved populations,in addition to advocating for a transdisciplinary approach for disease management.
