Conference Synopsis

The 2016 Annual Conference was a celebration of the 20th anniversary for the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved (ACU).  Along with a special recognition for the founders of ACU, this conference included  workshops, speakers, and exhibitors centered around collaborative care. Topics for this conference included:

• Social Determinants of Health
